Responsibilities

Business Development Representatives will serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers, engaging and qualifying them through direct outreach to showcase Bonterra's platforms. Key duties include educating potential clients on the value of Bonterra software and services, following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and communicating how the product platform can meet them. They will also manage leads, schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives, and meet performance goals for outbound activity and qualified meetings, utilizing Salesforce for lead/customer management and sales forecasting.
