The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in customer success or strategic customer-facing roles, with significant exposure to health system or provider group models and economics. They should be a natural relationship builder, comfortable with ambiguity, operationally excellent, and motivated by improving access to mental healthcare.
This role involves pitching to and understanding the needs of new care partners, managing the sales funnel from prospect to launch, and building relationships with key stakeholders within health systems, medical clinics, and strategic partners. The associate will also collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to provide insights that inform product and operations strategy.
