Responsibilities

  • Lead a performance Center of Excellence
  • Define, design, and implement standardized Operations performance management systems
  • Establish clear metrics and standards of excellence
  • Drive performance insights through data analysis and feedback loops
  • Partner cross-functionally with team leaders to ensure performance frameworks are applied consistently
  • Support strategic initiatives by evaluating the impact of process changes and strategic initiatives on operational outcomes
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of performance managers
  • Develop and mentor performance managers to bring structure, curiosity, and accountability to every engagement
  • Collaborate with the Analytics & Workforce Optimization team
  • Ensure performance frameworks are institutionalized across all Ops teams
