Strong background in Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies

Responsibilities

Drive software development projects and program of work
Manage operational change management
Develop organizational Agile maturity and transparency across Business segments and product lines
Ensure delivery of the product roadmap
Lead cross-functional teams of Program Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Technical Leads, and internal/external technical teams in an internationally distributed environment
Engage in strategic decision making and hands-on problem resolution
Provide resume oversight of projects in Software and R&C Programs, including tracking milestones and deliverables
Report project status across governance forums such as PMR
Establish reporting lines and operating model as a people leader
Align teams around priorities, milestones, and expectations
Serve as liaison between technical teams, business units, and leadership
Assist PD & BM group lead in developing and implementing agile-based operating model for FY 2026 and beyond, encompassing continuous delivery pipeline, integration, and quality control
