Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program
Grow, manage, and scale a large, multi-disciplinary care operations team
Manage the P&L for the service line
Design and optimize workflows, processes, and staffing models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational readiness for new initiatives
Introduce and operationalize performance metrics to drive accountability
Lead change management efforts, including reorganizations, KPI rollouts, and growth initiatives
