Requirements

4 to 6 years of progressive project management experience and/or data reporting and analysis
Ability to anticipate, identify and mitigate potential project risks and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards
Experience in managing and tracking financial aspects of projects
Experience partnering with IT, Product, Installation and other Shared Services
Experience building reporting and story for Senior Leaders
Knowledge of Excel and Quickbase
Proficiency with desktop software applications such as e-mail, Word, PowerPoint
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficiency in IT methodologies (agile, scrum, etc.) (Preferred)
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) (Preferred)
Experience managing technology initiatives (Preferred)
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

Manages planning and execution of large strategic initiatives across Small Group organization
Partners with leaders across Small Group eco-system to ensure successful implementation and monitoring of initiatives
Reports initiative status, asks and priorities to Senior Leaders
