Responsibilities

Develop and execute the digital roadmap for procurement, focusing on automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies such as AI/ML and RPA
Spearhead adoption of digital platforms to optimize sourcing, supplier collaboration, and contract management
Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to integrate digital solutions into procurement workflows
Monitor technology trends to identify and implement innovative solutions driving efficiency and value
Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics models to monitor procurement performance and uncover opportunities
Ensure strong data governance and system integration for reliable insights

Champion DBS principles to drive continuous improvement across procurement
Lead kaizen events and structured problem-solving workshops to eliminate waste and enhance efficiency
