Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on digital transformation and process excellence
  • Proven track record of driving digital transformation and process improvement initiatives in a global procurement organization
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, and digital technologies such as AI/ML and RPA
  • Experience with Danaher Business System (DBS) principles and tools
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with ability to influence and develop procurement leaders and teams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to design and implement data-driven solutions

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the digital roadmap for procurement, with a focus on automation, advanced analytics, and emerging technologies
  • Spearhead the adoption of digital platforms to optimize sourcing, supplier collaboration, and contract management
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into procurement workflows
  • Continuously monitor technology trends to identify and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and value
  • Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and advanced analytics models to monitor procurement performance and uncover strategic opportunities
  • Ensure strong data governance and system integration to enable reliable, high-quality insights
  • Deliver actionable intelligence that supports cost savings, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in supplier performance
  • Champion the application of DBS principles to drive continuous improvement across procurement
  • Lead kaizen events and structured problem-solving workshops to eliminate waste and enhance process efficiency
  • Provide coaching to procurement leaders and teams on DBS tools such as Policy Deployment, Daily Management, Problem Solving Process, and Standard Work
  • Track and report DBS maturity through formal assessments to ensure sustained progress
  • Lead global procurement process standardization and optimization initiatives to drive operational efficiency and scalability
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and reduce costs
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements
