The Director of Product Marketing should be a strategic storyteller with experience launching products at speed and scale, crafting resonant narratives, and leading integrated motions to drive awareness and consideration. They should possess market intelligence, be competitor-aware, and customer-obsessed, and have a strong understanding of the financial operations platform market.
This role will involve developing and executing comprehensive GTM strategies, leveraging market research and insights to inform product development, partnering with Product, Sales, and other teams to align on product positioning and launch strategies, overseeing the creation of high-impact content, and defining and tracking key performance metrics to assess the success of product marketing initiatives. The Director will also lead and develop a team of product marketers, acting as a player-coach and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
