Requirements

Candidates must have prior experience as a strategy consultant with a focus on go-to-market or growth strategy. They should also possess operator experience at a startup or fast-moving tech company that has launched 0→1 products. A strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and the ability to translate technical value into commercial strategy are essential. Candidates must be data-literate, with experience using SQL or collaborating closely with analytics teams. The role requires a strategic and structured thinker comfortable with ambiguity, and exceptional communication skills to build alignment across functions and leadership. Preferred qualifications include experience in AdTech, Retail Media, or Analytics, SaaS experience, and exposure to pricing/packaging design and early-stage customer discovery frameworks.

Responsibilities

The Director, AI & Data Solutions Strategy will define and evolve the go-to-market strategy for a new AI-powered product, from alpha through broad commercialization. This includes identifying and sizing high-potential customer segments, personas, and core use cases. The role involves leading discovery efforts with prospective clients to validate pain points, messaging, and pricing models, as well as developing and testing pricing frameworks, packaging options, and monetization strategies. The Director will partner with Product to influence roadmap priorities based on commercial feedback and align with Marketing to shape positioning, messaging, and campaign direction. Additionally, they will develop strategic dashboards to track go-to-market progress, conversion funnel, and product-market fit signals, and create executive-ready materials summarizing learnings, pivots, and go-to-market recommendations.
