Requirements

Candidates should possess 8-10 years of demand generation experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with HR/Learning/Enterprise software buyers, a proven track record managing budgets (in the millions) and driving measurable pipeline growth, and technical proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms. Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution ability, cross-functional collaboration skills, and curiosity regarding AI and emerging technologies are also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Demand Generation will design and optimize the demand generation engine in collaboration with the VP of Revenue Marketing, leading quarterly demand planning to project pipeline impact, driving execution of website roadmap alongside web development, overseeing campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms, managing a seven-figure annual budget, leading a team managing paid search, paid social, and SEO, and owning website technical performance by partnering with optimization and experimentation teams. Additionally, they will be responsible for testing new channels and tactics, driving conversion rate optimization and user experience improvements, and serving as a driving force for the team to stay ahead of the curve with AI tools and evolving marketing practices.
