The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software marketing or sales, 3+ years of hands-on experience leading industry or vertical marketing programs, or prior hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry, a proven ability to develop value propositions and messaging that resonate with industry-specific personas, demonstrated success building pipeline through industry campaigns and sales enablement, and a strong understanding of the industrial ecosystem - hardware, software, and services providers.

Responsibilities

As the Director of Industry Marketing, you will craft messaging, campaigns, and content that resonate with technical and business stakeholders across the manufacturing, automotive, energy, and transportation sectors, represent HiveMQ at key industry events, collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation to build pipeline and increase market awareness in our highest-priority industries, and contribute to the overall marketing strategy for smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 solutions.
