Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in technology sales with a proven track record of exceeding annual targets, demonstrating the ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into consultative sales, and exhibiting excellent verbal, written, and in-person communication skills for engaging stakeholders at various levels of an analytics organization.
As a Majors Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and managing your own sales pipeline, focusing on identifying new business opportunities with prospects and uncovering growth potential for existing clients, managing and deepening the dbt Cloud footprint within existing accounts, engaging with technology partners and ecosystem service providers to optimize reach, leading and contributing to team projects that develop the sales process, and working with the product team to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
