The Director of Sales will own the entire revenue funnel, from prospecting to lead qualification and upselling. They will hire, onboard, and train new sales representatives, actively participate in customer demos and cold calls, and lead by example to maximize sales growth. Additionally, they will work closely with the CEO to establish and scale the sales team.
