Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to the Institutional Sales Team
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Market Access, Sales Operations, and Medical Affairs to execute aligned commercial strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans, forecasts, and key performance metrics to drive revenue and market share growth
  • Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Sales Directors and field leadership to build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess market dynamics, identify opportunities, and optimize territory alignment and resource deployment
  • Lead institutional customer engagement strategy, including large IDNs, hospitals, and group purchasing organizations (GPOs)
  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Development to build and sustain a high-performing sales organization through targeted recruitment, onboarding, and development programs
  • Serve as a key member of the Institutional leadership team, contributing to broader business strategy and decision-making
