Requirements

Candidates should possess over 6 years of experience in partnerships, strategic operations, consulting, or similar roles, with a proven ability to manage complex partner relationships empathetically and precisely. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong executive presence, exceptional organization, political awareness, emotional intelligence, curiosity, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset are essential. Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries, managing enterprise partner activations, familiarity with compliance, privacy, or legal coordination, and experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments are considered assets.

Responsibilities

The Director of Partnerships will lead day-to-day engagement with key strategic partners, including planning, operations, and communication, and represent PolicyMe in high-stakes partner meetings. They will ensure the successful delivery of partnership obligations and roadmap initiatives, guide new partner activations from contract to launch, and translate partner feedback into internal priorities. Additionally, they will support the VP of Business Operations on broader organizational initiatives such as compliance, privacy, legal, and enterprise risk, contribute to partner systems and enablement playbooks, and own special projects as needed.
