This is a high-impact role at the core of our growth engine, responsible for driving member sign-up and engagement with Garner. You will optimize existing marketing channels, launch new ones, and build robust reporting to understand marketing performance. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and innovative problem-solver who is eager to test and scale new marketing ideas. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data & Reporting, Engineering, and Account Management teams. The position reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Member Acquisition and Engagement:
    • Increase sign-up rates and app engagement across our client base.
    • Enhance efficiency in existing marketing channels and conceptualize/launch new channels and tactics (e.g., referral programs).
  • Optimize Marketing Channels:
    • Conduct A/B testing and reduce cost per conversion.
    • Design and launch A/B tests across various channels (email, direct mail, SMS, push notifications) using marketing automation tools like Iterable.
  • Launch New Marketing Initiatives:
    • Innovate and develop new marketing tactics and channels for member sign-up and engagement.
    • Manage the end-to-end process: strategy, concept design, business case/ROI proposal, cross-functional launch, testing, iteration, and performance reporting.
  • Build Analytics and Reporting:
    • Develop processes and collaborate with the Data team to create automated dashboards for campaign and channel performance metrics (conversion rate, cost per conversion).
    • Own key member engagement dashboards, improve marketing attribution, and generate regular reports for campaign optimization.
  • Refine Messaging and Segmentation:
    • Utilize experimentation to refine targeting and messaging for optimal campaign performance by member persona.
    • Develop key member personas using data and user research to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product, Account Management, Engineering, and Data & Reporting teams to support new product launches, client-specific marketing initiatives, and performance analysis.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Build and improve scalable marketing processes.
