Requirements
Candidates should possess 8-10+ years of relevant technology business leadership experience within a consultancy, expertise in modern data science and machine learning solutions, particularly utilizing Microsoft’s Azure suite tools, and deep knowledge of industry best practices related to data science delivery. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to manage business stakeholder relationships, are required, as well as experience managing data practitioners and a high level of organization with prioritization skills. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Director AI will define and execute AI strategies aligned with business goals, build a roadmap for AI initiatives, monitor and interpret financial performance data, oversee key client projects and their success, coach delivery teams, partner with People Excellence on team capacity, review and approve DRR & SRR, support project staffing, drive technical excellence, ensure rapid resolution of technical escalations, drive special client experiences, partner with Solution Architecture to create Service Delivery Frameworks, create and manage practice technology strategy, and lead periodic team briefings on tech roadmap and lessons learned. They will also support IP roadmap integration and evangelize client success.
