Responsibilities

  • Lead the Member Engagement Strategy team responsible for delivering tailored marketing strategies to drive enrollment, activation, and utilization across our customers
  • Develop and scale systems, playbooks, and measurement frameworks to ensure our member marketing strategies are both personalized and operationally repeatable
  • Serve as the strategic engagement marketing voice in customer conversations, partnering with Strategic Account Managers and Customer Success to align on goals, progress, and strategies
  • Translate complex data into actionable recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external partners, with a strong focus on influencing decision-making and optimizing outcomes
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to bring strategies to life and ensure alignment across member touchpoints
  • Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship, clarity, and accountability
  • Drive continuous improvement through experimentation, feedback loops, and adoption of best practices across customer cohorts
