Requirements

  • Experience building and scaling world-class performance marketing programs at scale across multiple channels (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, emerging platforms)
  • Expertise in architecting and executing cross-channel performance marketing strategies with operational excellence and strategic vision
  • Fluency in modern measurement frameworks, including MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling), geo testing, and incrementality studies
  • Ability to apply a scientific, data-driven approach to strategy, experimentation, and innovation
  • Proven track record as an exceptional operator thriving at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and innovation
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams of channel experts
  • Comfortable running bold experiments, challenging conventional thinking, and shaping growth systems
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, analytics, growth, marketing analytics, finance, and other partners
  • U.S.-based (role can be remote)

Responsibilities

  • Own and operate Scribe’s global performance marketing program across all performance channels, driving measurable, efficient customer growth
  • Develop and execute the holistic performance marketing strategy, setting vision, testing priorities, and investment frameworks aligned to company-level growth goals
  • Define and drive tactics using deep expertise and first-principles thinking to identify, prioritize, and scale channels, approaches, and tactics for growth goals
  • Own and oversee channel performance and budget pacing, continuously optimizing for efficiency, ROI, and new growth opportunities
  • Partner cross-functionally on measurement, forecasting, and modeling with marketing analytics, finance, and growth teams to create media plans, spend allocations, and growth scenarios
  • Build and mentor a high-impact team, developing future leaders and establishing team processes
