Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering
  • 4+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Intelligence Analysts or Analytics Engineers
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
  • Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills
  • Extensive experience in developing and managing data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
  • Experience with modern data warehousing and tooling (e.g., Snowflake and dbt)
  • Excellent ability to understand complex business problems, break them down, and create effective, data-driven solutions

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a team of Data Analysts/Business Intelligence professionals

  • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution for the Business Intelligence function
  • Act as a key partner and strategic resource for leaders across all departments
  • Collaborate with Analytics Engineering to design and implement scalable data models and business logic
  • Stay current on industry trends, new BI solutions, and recommend ideas to elevate the team's capabilities
  • Clearly communicate complex insights, metrics, and data strategy to both technical and senior non-technical stakeholders
