Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the work of managers and ICs across DBS, ensuring alignment with Lambda’s strategic objectives and operational excellence
  • Partner closely with the Director to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives and operational plans
  • Provide strategic oversight and coordination across DBS managers in Expense Management, Operations & New DC Demand, and Supplier Management to drive alignment and delivery
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex operational or contractual issues, delays, or risks across all DBS functions
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, SAMs, AP, DCIE, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and proactive issue resolution
  • Monitor portfolio-level performance, providing insights and recommendations to manager
  • Lead process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence across DBS functions, including Standard Operating Procedure development, dashboards, and reporting
  • Drive a culture of high performance, collaboration, and accountability
  • Lead critical projects or initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination, strategic thinking, and timely execution
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Director, providing insights, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making and long-term planning
