This role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable with approximately 50% individual contributor work, possessing hands-on experience with modern BI/data visualization tools like Looker or Omni, and A/B testing platforms such as Eppo or Optimizely. Expertise in SQL and strong knowledge of statistics are essential, with Python or R being a plus. Excellent communication skills are needed to convey complex concepts verbally and in writing.
The Senior Analytics Manager will build and lead company-wide analytics efforts, partnering with Product, Business, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering teams.
