Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Director, Global Partner Marketing Demand Gen and Programs to join our team. This role reports to the VP, Global Partner Marketing and will be instrumental in supporting partner marketing and demand generation programs and campaigns with CrowdStrike’s global partner ecosystem through strong project management.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of channel partner marketing and selling processes, with a proven track record of leading partner marketing demand generation programs, campaigns, and teams. You should be comfortable representing the needs of the channel partner community to ensure programs and campaigns are developed with them in mind, and approach partner marketing with a multi-touch, programmatic strategy.

This position will support the execution of demand generation programs in various regions and align with plans developed by CrowdStrike’s global campaigns, product marketing, global channel enablement, global distribution, and global partner marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a channel marketing subject matter expert for the implementation and execution of CrowdStrike-developed programs and campaigns, bringing a ‘partner voice’ during global campaign development.
  • Provide partner marketing advocacy and insight when programs, campaigns, and activities are developed and packaged for partner demand generation marketing use.
  • Support the execution of partner marketing plans, catering to the unique marketing needs of each theatre.
  • Own the planning and development of marketing materials on the CrowdStrike partner portal.
  • Support content roadmaps developed by the Global Partner Enablement team and act as a CrowdStrike brand ambassador.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional rapport and ongoing communications with partner sales teams and field marketing teams.

Data-Driven Insights & Optimization

  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for distribution marketing programs.
  • Analyze campaign performance to assess Return on Investment (ROI) and recommend improvements.
  • Track budget usage and ensure timely, accurate reporting to internal stakeholders and partners.
  • Regularly audit partner content, program adoption, and participation to identify gaps and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated strong understanding of channel marketing and the competitive landscape within the technology industry.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to serve as a virtual team lead.
  • Proven organizational and project management skills, with the ability to set up workflow systems and processes.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of marketing experience in a technology company.
  • Minimum of 12-15 years of experience working with and supporting partner marketing.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite) products, Salesforce (SFDC), and AI tool stacks is a plus.
  • Experience with the development and evaluation of marketing programs.
