Requirements

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in channel/partner marketing or demand generation within a B2B SaaS or technology company. They must possess proven ability to develop and execute partner co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. A creative and organized mindset, combined with data-driven decision-making, is also required, alongside planning and project management skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Familiarity with CRM, PRM, and reporting tools such as Salesforce and Tableau is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Channel Marketing Manager will develop and execute co-marketing campaigns with channel partners to generate new business opportunities, drive partner enablement initiatives, and create joint value propositions. This role involves collaborating with partners to create content, manage events, and monitor campaign KPIs to maximize partner-driven growth, working cross-functionally with sales, demand generation, product marketing, and customer success to achieve measurable pipeline growth and ROI.
