Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role within a technology or SaaS organization, with a strong preference for experience in partner management or channel sales. Proven ability to build and scale partner ecosystems is essential, along with demonstrated strategic thinking and business acumen.

Responsibilities

As a Director, Global Partner Success, you will lead the execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy, overseeing the entire SI, ISV, and Cloud partner ecosystem. You will also drive and improve the partner delivery excellence program to ensure high-quality partner-led implementations and best practices, while managing a team of Partner Success specialists, mentoring them, and fostering a culture of growth and development. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Apps CoEs, PS, CS, and other internal teams to define and execute joint operating models, ultimately accelerating Anaplan’s growth through its partner network.
