Requirements

The Director of Partner Operations should have experience in leading the strategy, infrastructure, and execution of partner programs. Responsibilities include owning enablement and engagement strategies, and building operational excellence to support partner account management teams. Experience with partner systems such as PRM, LMS, and attribution tools, as well as integrations with Salesforce and HubSpot, is necessary. A strong understanding of partner program frameworks, tiers, incentives, and policies is also required.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for defining and operationalizing scalable global partner program frameworks, tiers, and incentives. The Director will collaborate with stakeholders to evolve program benefits, requirements, and performance standards. They will own the partner systems roadmap and integrations, and establish governance and documentation for partner policies. Additionally, the Director will design and manage onboarding and training programs for various partner types, partner with teams to create scalable content, and drive readiness for new product launches. They will also lead partner communications strategy, build processes for capturing and acting on partner feedback, and develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor partner health and engagement.
