Responsibilities

The Director, Enterprise Applications & Analytics will provide strategic direction and oversee the organization’s enterprise applications ecosystem and reporting/analytics capabilities. They will lead the Reporting & Analytics team, ensuring trusted data, actionable insights, and modern business intelligence practices. This includes defining and executing the enterprise applications strategy and roadmap, evaluating emerging technologies, and partnering with executive leadership. The Director will also build and scale high-performing teams, provide coaching and mentorship, and foster a culture of accountability and innovation. Responsibilities include overseeing ERP (NetSuite), CRM, and ITSM (ServiceNow) platforms.
