Proven experience with modern data stacks, particularly Snowflake, and a strong understanding of data governance, quality, and security frameworks are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Data & AI Platforms will define and execute the company's data and AI strategy, championing 'data as a product' and identifying monetization opportunities. This role involves leading, mentoring, and growing a team of data professionals, designing and implementing a unified data architecture, and standardizing data ingestion and ML pipelines. Responsibilities include driving the data product strategy from conception to launch, developing and deploying predictive models and AI applications, managing the data and AI platform budget, and establishing a pragmatic data governance framework. The Director will also oversee the execution of automated data integration and transformation processes, and collaborate with executive leadership and other teams to translate business needs into data-driven strategies.
