Requirements

The Director, Digital Product & Platform must have experience shaping and delivering digital visions to drive business strategy. They should be able to define and lead roadmaps for core digital platforms, positioning them as scalable, high-value products. Experience in aligning platform innovation with customer needs and market assessments is essential. The role requires leadership in cross-functional partnerships, including with Data & Insight, Strategic Operations, Commercial, and GBS teams, as well as enterprise IT, DevOps, and Security. Building and mentoring a team of product managers and platform owners is also a key requirement. Defining and supervising KPIs for adoption, uptime improvement, ESG contribution, and customer ROI is necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director, Digital Product & Platform will lead the multi-year product and platform strategy for AMS digital tools, ensuring alignment with Connected Value, Insight-to-Action, and automation goals. They will prioritize features and investments based on customer impact, value, and market differentiation. This role involves serving as the business product owner for AMS digital platforms, leading the full lifecycle from concept to scale and delivering rapid deployments. They will partner with various departments to integrate platform outputs into service delivery and customer success, and lead governance forums to align investment and resolve dependencies. Driving internal adoption of digital tools, building feedback loops for iteration, and ensuring platforms meet scalability, security, and compliance standards are also key responsibilities. Finally, they will translate platform performance into strategic wins for AMS.
