Requirements

Candidates should have experience leading the vision, implementation, and evolution of internal systems, particularly Salesforce and SaaS subscription management, including billing and invoicing. A strong understanding of system design, process automation, and integration between various business systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, NetSuite, and Zendesk is essential. Experience in establishing best practices for data quality, access control, system integrity, and compliance is also required.

Responsibilities

The Director of Business Systems will lead the strategy and delivery for internal systems powering Boulevard's go-to-market and operational capabilities. This includes owning, designing, and evolving the architecture of internal platforms such as Salesforce and Revenue Cloud, driving the technical foundation for revenue operations infrastructure, and partnering with Marketing to implement systems for campaign tracking and lead lifecycle management. The role also involves collaborating with Product and Engineering to enable customer self-service workflows, designing and implementing process automation across departments, ensuring seamless data flow between systems, and establishing governance and scalability best practices.
