Requirements

Proven ability to manage an Ad Agency of Record for paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising is required. Experience in website strategy and managing web agencies is also necessary, along with an expert understanding of cost-based ad metrics and balancing lead quality and quantity to meet pipeline targets. A growth-focused mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, coupled with a balanced analytical and creative mindset, are essential.

Responsibilities

The Director, Digital Marketing will lead the global digital strategy, driving measurable growth through data-driven, full-funnel marketing initiatives. This role involves managing a team of digital marketers and agency partners to execute scalable campaigns across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and web. Responsibilities include managing the digital marketing budget, optimizing customer journeys, and leveraging automation and AI to improve processes and performance. The role also requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to connect online and offline experiences, tracking pipeline impact, and delivering innovative strategies to generate high-quality traffic and demand. Additionally, the Director will onboard and manage the Ad Agency of record, educate internal teams on digital marketing best practices, and manage priorities and timelines effectively.
