Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Marketing Technology, Marketing Operations, or a related role
  • Proficient in the setup and use of a wide variety of marketing technology
  • Hands-on experience with Appsflyer, Segment, and Iterable strongly preferred
  • Well-versed in scripting with Python and JavaScript; a general understanding of object oriented programming languages
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Effective at communicating, training, and collaborating across teams
  • Autonomy, ownership, and having meaningful input at the company you work for is important to you

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day management of the marketing tech stack (channel integrations, CDP, attribution platforms, automation, AI opportunities, CRM, ASO/SEO tools, etc.)
  • Configure, test, and troubleshoot integrations between systems to ensure clean and reliable data flows
  • Partner closely with marketing to enable campaign execution and improve marketing workflows
  • Work with engineering, build, maintain, and optimize systems and processes to support attribution and measurement
  • Lead technology rollouts, manage user acceptance testing, and resolve technical issues during implementations
  • Document systems, processes, and best practices to make tools more efficient for the marketing team to use
  • Monitor all martech systems and provide hands-on support when technical issues arise
  • Research, evaluate, and help implement new marketing technologies (such as AI) that improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure security, compliance, and scalability of solutions
