Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 8 years of experience in Website and/or Content Marketing roles within B2B SaaS, including substantial leadership experience. Outstanding written communication skills and a strong understanding of customer education, content marketing, and various other mediums are essential. Proficiency with Content Management Systems, analytics platforms, session recording tools, and interactive demo tools is required, along with AI savviness and an understanding of the industry. Basic analytical skills to interpret data and tell a story are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Director, Web will have overall responsibility for the Self-Serve Content & Web function, overseeing the Marketing Website, Help Center, developer portal, and careers site. They will drive a transformative vision for self-serve content and experiences, focusing on unified experiences, conversion rate optimization, and brand representation. Responsibilities include building and supporting the web and self-serve content vision and roadmap, guiding team decisions on strategy, design, content, and tooling, and evolving the customer education team's approach to the prospect and user journey. The role involves overseeing the experimentation program, supporting top-of-funnel organic growth through SEO/AEO strategy, ensuring a feedback loop with the Support organization, and regularly reviewing analytics to understand content consumption and site navigation. Additionally, the Director will manage and mentor their team, ensuring alignment towards goals and fostering innovative thinking in execution, content, and design.
