  • Scale and optimize the 3-tier Agency Partner Program: Drive partners toward Mentor status (20% commission on first-year ARR) and sustained revenue growth by creating success profiles that foster long-term investment.
  • Lead the development and scaling of a high-performing channel team, including hiring criteria, compensation plans, and performance metrics.
  • Establish strategies for territory/partner assignment and quota distribution to optimize partner coverage and revenue.
  • Cultivate and manage partnerships to integrate Bloomerang's technology and empower partners through a self-service portal.
  • Monitor and enhance partner performance through tracking key metrics, conducting regular business reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Provide executive-level reporting on partnership ROI, pipeline influence, competitive standing, and continuously improve the partner experience based on data and feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy experience in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record building scalable partner programs that generate $1M+ in attributable revenue.
  • Experience with the nonprofit sector, professional services, or consultant-heavy industries preferred.
  • Deep understanding of modern partnership strategies (revenue sharing, co-selling, ecosystem thinking).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build business cases and ROI models for partnership investments.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level executives and professional service providers.
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner management tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Compensation
