Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in channel partnerships, business development, or ecosystem strategy within B2B SaaS, demonstrating a proven track record of building scalable partner programs that generate over $1 million in attributable revenue. Experience in the nonprofit sector, professional services, or consultant-heavy industries is preferred. Strong analytical skills, including the ability to develop business cases and ROI models for partnership investments, are required, along with experience using Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and partner management tools. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is also necessary.
The Director of Channel Partnerships will develop and execute a comprehensive ecosystem strategy to position Bloomerang as the central platform for nonprofit fundraising technology, identifying, recruiting, and activating high-potential consultants, accounting firms, and nonprofit advisors. They will scale and optimize the 3-tier Agency Partner Program, drive partners toward Mentor status, and lead the development of a high-performing channel team, including hiring criteria and performance metrics. The Director will establish strategies for territory/partner assignment and quota distribution, cultivate and manage partnerships, monitor and enhance partner performance, and provide executive-level reporting on partnership ROI and strategic standing.
