Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 15+ years of experience leading global Analyst Relations (AR) at a market-leading cybersecurity company. A broad and deep network of relationships with key industry analysts across relevant firms and markets is essential, along with a proven track record of building and nurturing these relationships with leading research firms like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic AR programs that drive business impact, superior interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across all organizational levels including executive leadership, and exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail are required. A results-driven mindset, the ability to effectively advocate for company positions, optimize analyst engagement opportunities, and a highly proactive, self-starter approach capable of managing multiple projects across various product lines are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Head of Analyst Relations will develop and execute the overall AR plan and strategy, gaining stakeholder consensus and driving influential leadership across the company's portfolio. This role involves building, mentoring, and growing a world-class global AR team, leading all interactions with key industry analyst firms and influencers, and managing AR engagements by ensuring proper executive-level participation and developing internal spokespeople to scale the program globally. Responsibilities include driving and improving relationships with top analysts and influencers to ensure they understand the company's vision, strategy, value proposition, and product strategy. The role also entails developing necessary AR content such as briefing documents, messaging, competitive positioning, rebuttals, and responses to analyst queries or escalations, while staying informed about analyst and industry research, driving internal knowledge sharing, and collaborating with product marketing and product management to incorporate analyst feedback into product messaging and positioning.
