SailPoint is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Digital Sales Representative to drive sales growth. This role involves proactive outreach, relationship building, and employing strategic sales tactics within target accounts. You will collaborate with field sales counterparts to penetrate new accounts and cross-sell to existing SailPoint customers. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, persuasion skills, and a solid understanding of digital sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Experience in Enterprise Software Sales, specifically in an ISR (Independent Software Revenue) role.
  • Proven ability to successfully close deals.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Utilize strategic sales tactics to maximize revenue in target accounts.
  • Collaborate with field sales counterparts (Outside Account Executive, SEs, Channel Partners, etc.).
  • Deliver a positive customer experience using the SailPoint sales model.
  • Create SaaS opportunities.
  • Familiarize yourself with SailPoint’s pitch and functionality.
  • Meet team members including Digital Sales, AEs, Marketing, Channel, and Sales Leadership.
  • Demonstrate prospecting efforts using tools like LinkedIn, 6Sense, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.
  • Uncover corporate insights and persona-based imperatives.
  • Sequence prospects.

Path to Success (First Month Goals)

  • Complete Getting Started Checklist (including Pre/Post Revenue Onboarding Coursework, HR onboarding Sessions, Access Identity University, and role-specific courses).
  • Familiarize yourself with the High-Level Function Org Chart.
  • Utilize all video collateral for onboarding training.
  • Meet the team – Digital Sales, AEs, Marketing, Channel, Sales Leadership.
  • Meet your buddy and set up Bi-weekly meetings & 1-to-1’s with your manager.
  • Listen in and shadow first discovery calls.
  • Ensure access to and familiarity with all tools in the digital tech stack.
  • Walk your manager through prospecting efforts.
  • Demonstrate knowledge in uncovering corporate insights and persona-based imperatives.
