The Digital Marketing Specialist will support and amplify the company's online presence by executing multi-channel marketing strategies to increase traffic, brand engagement, and student enrollment. Key duties include creating digital content such as banners and social media posts using design tools, planning and optimizing paid and organic campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and supporting bilingual outreach on community platforms. The specialist will also optimize the website for search engine visibility, monitor key performance metrics, coordinate digital promotion of in-person events, and collaborate with various departments to align marketing goals with brand growth.
