Requirements

The SEO Specialist II is responsible for determining and executing organic search strategy for assigned clients, including conducting research, creating monthly strategy plans, conducting and correcting site health audits, and managing directory citation consistency. Strong organization, time management, and communication skills are critical, as is the ability to manage a heavy client load of 25-35 accounts and adapt to varying task schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

The SEO Specialist II will conduct preliminary research to identify organic search strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for clients. They will create required deliverables based on research, develop organic search strategies to drive client performance, and meet with clients and performance managers to review reports and address questions. Responsibilities include content editing and publishing, Google Business Profile updates, citation management, social posting, technical site audits and updates, Google Search Console audits, performance deep dives, monthly reporting, and strategy adjustments.
