The Advertising Campaign Strategist will manage approximately 20 customer accounts, driving full utilization of booked media budgets through strategic execution and performance storytelling. Responsibilities include building and managing customer audience journeys and campaign briefs, delivering insight-driven reports to support renewals and expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional partners such as CSMs, Ad Ops, and Sales to align campaign strategy and timelines. The role also involves surfacing optimization opportunities, acting as the voice of the customer in internal planning, contributing to special projects, and supporting campaign launches to ensure accurate billing.
