Mentors play a crucial role in supporting students' learning and career development within this hybrid online program.

About the Course

The Professional Search Marketing Course aims to equip participants with the skills to thrive in the digital marketing landscape, focusing specifically on search marketing strategies. The program is built in consultation with industry experts from companies like Facebook, Google, and Warner Bros. It’s a 10-week, fully online and part-time course.

The Opportunity

Springboard is seeking passionate mentors to guide students through the course. Mentors will engage in biweekly 30-minute check-ins, providing support, answering questions, and offering career advice. This is a chance to contribute to Springboard's mission of bridging the skills gap and helping learners transition into their dream jobs.

The Program

  • Completely online and self-paced: Students can learn at their own speed.
  • Curated curriculum and project-based deliverables: Students will work through a structured course and complete practical projects.
  • Dedicated student community: Students connect with peers from around the world.
  • Biweekly 30-minute check-ins with mentor: Regular interaction to discuss progress and career goals.
  • Communication outside of calls: Students can reach out to mentors for support as needed.

Experience Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing: Specifically with a focus on SEO and/or Search Engine Marketing.
  • Passion for explaining marketing strategy: A strong understanding of marketing principles beyond just digital and search marketing.
  • Expert or strong proficiency in:
    • Data Analytics
    • Keyword research
    • Competitor analysis
    • On-page optimization
