Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Manager will build, scale, and optimize digital marketing channels like webinars, content syndication, and review websites. They will align Retool's digital strategy with broader integrated campaigns to deliver predictable pipeline, and build and maintain Retool's presence on review sites, online directories, and forums. The role involves running experiments to improve success metrics, creating programs for all stages of the demand funnel to accelerate pipeline generation, and evaluating/tracking key success metrics to provide recommendations on budget distribution. Additionally, the manager will ensure programs and campaigns are efficient, build streamlined reporting processes, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
