Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in digital marketing, communication, or integrated agencies
Solid knowledge in paid, earned, shared, and owned digital ecosystems (PESO)
Experience advising senior leaders and managing high-performance teams
Ability to lead strategic programs from a business and data perspective
Excellent communication and leadership skills in Spanish and English
Regional mindset and genuine interest in building culture and capabilities from a collaborative perspective
Experience in multicultural, matrix, or regional contexts is a plus

Responsibilities

Represent Edelman Colombia in regional forums, highlighting digital excellence and detecting collaboration opportunities
Contribute to operational and financial decisions related to client resources and investments
