Job Description: AccuTrade Performance Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

AccuTrade is seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join the AccuTrade Performance Management team. This role requires a passion for working with people, building strong relationships, and a drive to create success for our dealer partners. A proven track record of leading a used vehicle department with verifiable results is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Travel: 25-50% travel required.
  • Platform Adoption: Drive the adoption of the AccuTrade appraisal platform across dealer operations (sales, used car operations, service).
  • Dealer Retention: Own dealer retention for the assigned customer portfolio.
  • Cancellation Analysis: Continuously track cancellations, understand their primary drivers, and document the results of conversations regarding cancellation reasons.
  • Best Practices: Share best practices with dealers for in-store implementation.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Interact with senior dealership decision-makers to provide overviews of platform performance.
  • Performance Improvement: Drive performance through reporting and dealership execution of the AccuTrade tool by rooftop.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert and point of contact for AccuTrade end-to-end processes.
  • Dealer Advocacy: Act as the "voice of the Dealer" to ensure internal needs are met, working with the product team to identify and prioritize dealer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Connect post-sale product performance to pre-sale onboarding to improve the handoff from Pre-Sale through Post-Sale.
  • Performance Reporting: Own AccuTrade Post-Sale performance reporting and utilize it to enhance dealer value through quantifiable data and analytics.
  • Efficiency Optimization: Optimize sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements, and sharing best practices across the organization.
  • Account Support: Provide in-person assistance to critical/high impact/key accounts requiring additional resources, as needed.
