Responsibilities

The Dealer Relationship Manager will drive the adoption of the AccuTrade appraisal platform within dealer operations, own dealer retention, and track cancellations to understand and address their causes. They will share best practices, interact with senior dealership decision-makers to present platform performance, and drive performance through reporting and tool execution. The role involves serving as a subject matter expert, acting as the 'voice of the Dealer' to internal teams, connecting post-sale performance to pre-sale onboarding, and optimizing sales and operational efficiency through innovative thinking and process improvement. Additionally, they will assist with critical accounts as needed.
