Responsibilities

The Manager, Sales Support will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Specialists, providing structure and prioritization to maximize impact. They will drive process improvements across support functions, quoting, and billing, and partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Systems teams to align operational needs and resolve issues. This role involves acting as a strategic thought partner on Salesforce and CPQ tools, coordinating system feedback, and contributing to QA and UAT of new processes. The manager will establish operational metrics, monitor team performance, and actively engage in day-to-day operations, providing hands-on support and guidance.
