Requirements

Candidates should have 6+ years of experience in generalist roles such as program management, strategy, operations, or product ops. They should be structured thinkers who thrive in ambiguity, have led cross-functional programs spanning technical and business teams, and possess strong analytical and project management skills. Experience launching new systems, processes, or capabilities from scratch is required, with hands-on experience in OpenAI/ChatGPT prompt design or large-scale conversational analysis being a strong asset. A passion for building systems that improve quality, trust, and performance at scale is also expected.

Responsibilities

The Manager, QA Strategy & Expansion will lead strategic initiatives to expand QA systems into new areas like Fraud, Integrity, and Risk. They will partner with Product, Operations, ML, and Engineering teams to define requirements and deliver scalable quality programs. Responsibilities include shaping the QA tech roadmap, prioritizing investments in automation and infrastructure, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving execution. Additionally, they will build systems, workflows, and documentation to make new QA capabilities measurable, actionable, and sustainable.
