Preferred qualifications include experience in dealership operations, billing, or inventory management, and familiarity with training or onboarding processes.
The Customer Support Specialist will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, resolving issues promptly and documenting interactions. They will schedule deliveries, installations, and service calls, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. This role involves providing day-to-day operational support to dealership locations, including assistance with billing, inventory, and general office functions. Additionally, the specialist will participate in onboarding and training new employees, reinforce company policies, and assist in implementing new procedures. They will also support accurate billing processes, contact customers regarding outstanding balances, and partner with teams to support collections.
