Position Overview

Wpromote is seeking a senior strategic leader to serve as a Client Business Lead. This role is accountable for the health, profitability, and strategic growth of the agency's most important client relationships. The Client Business Lead will act as a critical bridge between client business objectives and Wpromote's integrated marketing solutions, balancing commercial stewardship with strategic leadership. The ideal candidate will drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term value creation by expanding services, strengthening relationships, and delivering exceptional media strategy across all channels. This position also involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams to foster innovation and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for one of the agency's highest-profile, most strategic accounts.
  • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships (VP, CMO, CEO) to strengthen Wpromote's position as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
  • Lead business planning processes, including annual planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and roadmaps, ensuring alignment between client business objectives and agency deliverables.
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities across media, creative, analytics, and technology.
  • Drive client satisfaction and long-term growth by expanding services and strengthening relationships.
  • Deliver exceptional media strategy across all channels.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and collaboration agency-wide.

Compensation

The anticipated annual salary for this role will range from $170,000 - $225,000. This range is based on various factors including skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, competitive benchmarks, scope of responsibility, market dynamics, geographic location, and respective state’s salary threshold for exempt employees. Pay ranges are subject to change based on specific market medians for similar jobs according to third-party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within the range can vary due to skills, experience, and available budget. The total compensation package includes benefits.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • This position may be performed remotely in most states within the US, with some exclusions.
  • The client is located in TX, and the individual will need to commute to Houston twice a month.
  • Wpromote has office hubs in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York for learning and development, events, and collaboration.
  • This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
