Responsibilities

The Billings & Collections Specialist will manage the company's invoicing process, ensuring accurate and timely billing and driving the collection of outstanding receivables. This includes preparing and issuing invoices, maintaining billing schedules, monitoring accounts receivable, initiating payment follow-ups, and collaborating cross-functionally. Responsibilities also involve providing weekly and monthly reporting on AR health and KPIs, resolving payment delays with customers, reconciling billings and collections to the general ledger, assisting with audits, and developing process improvements for efficiency. Ensuring compliance with applicable sales and VAT tax regulations is also a key duty.
