Candidates must have prior experience managing vendors or supplier relationships, with experience managing Third Party Administrators being a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel, is required, as is the ability to analyze data for reporting, reconciliation, and problem-solving. Prior experience with Purchase Orders and processing invoices is considered a plus. Candidates should be willing to learn, challenge the status quo, and ask for assistance when needed.
The Vendor Relations Specialist II will build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with service level agreements. This role serves as a key point of contact for moderately complex vendor engagements and supports Vendor Relations Specialists I as needed. The specialist will also contribute to enhancing vendor partnerships and optimizing vendor performance through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
