Requirements

Candidates must reside in AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MN, MO, MT, NC, NJ, NV, OK, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, or WI. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service environment, ideally with technical issue handling, is required. Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with Minted products, services, policies, and procedures, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, is necessary. Comfort using technology and ideally experience with eCommerce are expected. Experience with Salesforce and Minted back office systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Seasonal Operations Support Specialist will respond to technical and financial tasks filed by the customer service team. They will partner with Product Management, Engineering, Merchandising, Rendering, and Data teams to resolve customer issues and guide Customer Service Representatives. The role involves working in internal systems like OMS, back office systems, and Salesforce to identify trending issues and escalate them to leadership and cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include assisting with root cause solutions for ongoing customer issues and participating in the development of new processes to improve customer experiences and team workflow.
